Sending Inventory to DC - Checklist

This is a checklist of the steps for sending inventory to the DC:

Replenishment Order

Create a Inventory Replenishment order through ShipGenius

  • Go to the Inventory section and click Send Inventory

  • Fill out the necessary information:

    • Use the CSV template linked on the bottom of the page to create a list of the products you plan on sending


Inventory Shipment

Preparing the inventory and required information before scheduling the shipment


Send the inventory to the DC - the address is provided under the Ship To information on the top right of the page 


All shipments must be sent with:


Inventory Labeling and Packing

All inventory must be properly labeled and packed 


Make sure the product quantity matches what is listed on the replenishment order you submit


Schedule Delivery

Schedule delivery and let your eCommerce Expert know! 

All inventory should be scheduled to arrive at the DC at a prescheduled appointment date and time.



Note

If products are sent in mixed cartons or mixed on pallets requiring breakdown, additional day(s) will be needed to complete the inbounding process.


Products received without advanced notice will be delayed or refused.
