Sending Inventory to DC - Shipping Label Requirements (Domestic)

Suppliers are required to use shipping labels when sending inventory to the DC. It is the supplier's responsibility to create these labels.

• Shipping labels for small parcel shipments must include the PO number on the label

• LTL and FTL shipments are recommended to have 4"x6" shipping labels, but sizes may vary depending on box sizes

Shipping labels must include the following information:

• Ship from - Your Company's name and postal address including the zip code

• Ship to - the address of the DC assigned to you when you sign up for ShipGenius

  • This information can be found in ShipGenius in the Inventory Replenishment section

• Pro number (if available)

• BOL number (if available)

• PO number

• Box number sequence (e.g., box 1 of 100, 2 of 100, etc.)
