Helpful Tips

  • Monitor this page once a week at minimum

  • When you see orders that have been in any status longer than a week, reach out to your eCommerce Expert to identify what is causing the delay

  • Orders in Held status are typically in fraud review or refunds. The process of these types of situations are not automatically updated in Smart Ship. 

    • Make sure you communicate the outcome of any fraud review or order cancellations (refund) to your eCommerce Expert so that all reports you get are accurate
