Monitor this page once a week at minimum
When you see orders that have been in any status longer than a week, reach out to your eCommerce Expert to identify what is causing the delay
Orders in Held status are typically in fraud review or refunds. The process of these types of situations are not automatically updated in Smart Ship.
Make sure you communicate the outcome of any fraud review or order cancellations (refund) to your eCommerce Expert so that all reports you get are accurate
