Shipment tracking numbers are usually automatically sent back to your Shopify store. However, the tracking numbers of orders that are modified after being retrieved by the DC do not always get sent back to Shopify.
Instructions on Getting Tracking Numbers Through the ShipGenius Portal
Step 1
Go to the Order Listing section
This page is set to only show the orders placed during the current month so you will need to use a filter to find older orders
Step 2A (Searching for an Order Placed During the Current Month)
Use the search bar to search for the order by either the Shopify order ID or the WMS order ID
Step 2B (Searching for an Older Order)
Click the filter button next to the Date Placed column and filter your orders by the date the order was placed
Step 3
Click into the order you need the tracking information for and scroll down to the Shipment section
