Instructions on Creating an Order in ShipGenius
Step 1
Go to the ShipGenius Dashboard

Click on Order
Step 3
Click on Create Order
Step 4
Select the store for the order
Step 5
Select the shipping account and a shipping method
If you do not see the shipping method of your preference, please reach out to your eCommerce Expert for support.
Step 6
Click on the Ship to Customer field and either select an existing customer or add a New Customer
Step 7
Confirm the address
If you updated the address and want to save it for future use, toggle the Save Customer Information.
Step 8
Create a unique name for the order so that you can identify it in the future
If you are creating an order to rectify a previous order, your new PO number can be the previous order's name with a prefix or suffix.
For example, if you are rectifying PO number 8019, you can name your new order SHIPGE-8019 or 8019-1
Step 9
Download the CSV template, fill it out with the items for this order, save the changes, and upload the file to the order. You can do this by either dragging the file or finding it using the file navigator.
Step 10
Once the upload bar is complete, click on Submit Order. You will have a chance to review the order before submitting it.
