Which payment methods are available?

ShipGenius provides clients with the ability to pay for their invoices online using the following methods:

  • Bank transfer & ACH transfer (free)

  • Credit Card (3% convenience fee)

  • PayPal (4% convenience fee)

  • Wire transfer (free within the U.S.)



When will ACH payments be automatically withdrawn?

How are payments processed?

ShipGenius uses the 3rd party payment processing company Stripe. We do not store any payment information on our servers; all of our clients' payment information are stored with Stripe.



How are late payments handled?

If ShipGenius fails to receive payment by the due date of the invoice, a late payment fee of 5% (minimum of $30) will be applied to the invoice. The only exception for a late payment would be if the invoice is currently being disputed.



Can I set up auto-pay?

You have the option to opt-in for auto-pay services, which will automatically charge the saved payment method on file. 



How many invoices will I receive and when will I receive them?

You will receive one invoice at the end of each billing period. Invoices for ShipGenius services are generated at the end of each month and shall serve as a receipt.



What is the process for handling incorrect charges on my invoice?
