Account Setup - Shopify Store Integration

Instructions on Shopify Store Integration


Step 1 

Go to the Shopify app store and add the app  “SmartShip” by Nogin Partners




Step 2 

Select the Shopify store you want to integrate with ShipGenius (formerly called SmartShip)




Step 3

Link the app with your Shopify store




Step 4

Once the ShipGenius app is connected to your Shopify store, a team member will get your catalog ready. Click on the Verify Account Details link.




Step 5

Verify that the auto-populated information is accurate and select an option for the Industry/Vertical dropdown




Step 6 

Someone on the ShipGenius team will complete your account setup. You will be sent an email notification once setup is complete. Click the emailed link to finish setting up your account by choosing a new password.




Step 7

The ShipGenius team will finalize approval and enable services. You will receive a welcome email which will include a link to log in.




Step 8 

You will be greeted with a to-do list that needs to be completed before going live.




Step 9 

Click on Connect to Shopify to make sure ShipGenius is connected to your Shopify. Set up your billing. 




Step 10

Send inventory to the Distribution Center using the form. The facility address is provided at the top right.
