Sending Inventory to DC - Packaging Requirements

All shipments require a packing list and should follow these requirements:

• All products should be sent in Ready to Ship condition
  

  • Any repackaging or re-labeling will result in Value Added Service (VAS) charges 

• Poly bags must include suffocation warning labels

  • Labels/stickers must be adhered to the poly bag and must be labeled according to labeling requirements
    

• Hang tags on poly bags, containing exact information, should be on each item to support returns

• Apparel products may come either hangered or de-hangered

• Garments on hangers must use standard, commercial hangers

• Garments received in cartons must be packed for easy retrieval and identification

Fragile Products

• Indicate fragile products appropriately
  

• Place or wrap items in protective bubble wrap or overpack - ensure the UPC is scannable without having to remove protective materials
